BODYBAR Franchising is seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional to oversee its CRM and POS platforms (Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth). Reporting to the COO, this hybrid role combines platform management with business intelligence to support cross-functional teams and inform key business decisions. The individual will manage processes related to pricing, promotions, data integrity, and studio functionality, while also serving as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role will lead the development of performance dashboards, synthesize data across departments, and deliver executive-level reporting that enhances operational clarity and supports strategic alignment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

System Oversight and Platform Management
- Serve as the internal lead for POS and CRM platforms (Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth), ensuring system health, SOP compliance, and consistent functionality.
- Manage daily operations—user setup, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and platform support.
- Test updates, integrations, and new features in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Work cross-functionally to implement pricing, packages, and promotions within the platform.
Cross-Functional Project Support
- Act as liaison between the HQ team and system vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and rollouts of new features or initiatives.
- Provide guidance to franchisees and internal teams on best practices for system usage and optimization.
- Spearhead special projects tied to platform evolution, product enhancements, and customer experience improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks across departments using automation, system features, or process redesign.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across departments (e.g., sales, retention, revenue, presale).
- Extract and analyze data from CRM, POS, and marketing systems to support executive decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through reports and ad-hoc analysis.
- Deliver executive summaries with insights and clear visualizations.
- Ensure onboarding and presale materials align with BODYBAR’s brand and standards.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure system uptime, responsiveness, and alignment with BODYBAR’s evolving needs.
- Evaluate vendor performance and collaborate on ongoing platform improvements and roadmap planning.
Governance & Data Integrity
- Ensure data integrity, access controls, and system usage adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with IT, legal, or external vendors to manage risk and protect sensitive information.
Additional Responsibilities
- Be a professional, communicative, engaging, and shared-values support team representative in front of franchisees and vendors.
- Present growth strategies, progress reports, and outcomes to the senior leadership team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years managing CRM/POS platforms, business operations, or data analysis, preferably in fitness, wellness, or franchising.
- Proven cross-functional experience driving system changes and process improvements.
- Experience with Mariana Tek, Xplor Growth, or similar platforms preferred.
- Skilled in dashboard creation and data visualization tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Familiar with API tools, data exports, and basic system troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs, forecast performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with franchisees, vendors, and teams.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in POS/CRM systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office; Salesforce and BI tools a plus.
- Collaborative team player committed to shared goals.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of Pilates and boutique fitness preferred.
