- This is a highly involved, hands-on leadership position that combines Pilates expertise, instructor development, organization, strategy, business growth, and an incredible ability to bring energy to a room.
- You'll teach classes, mentor instructors, create meaningful team experiences, oversee the studio, and help shape the culture and success of both East Wichita and Auburn Hills.
Why You'll Love Working Here

Our Ideal Candidate
- Our ideal Fitness Manager is someone who leads from the front.
- You genuinely love Pilates and have exceptional knowledge of the BODYBAR Method and Block System. You understand what makes a technically strong class- but just as importantly, you understand what makes a class an experience.
- You know how great programming, coaching, music, energy, connection, challenge, and attention to the individual member comes together to create a class people can't wait to take again.
- You're an exceptional instructor yourself. You teach some of the strongest, most engaging classes on the schedule and understand that leadership starts by modeling the standard you're asking others to meet.
- You're a natural motivator who genuinely enjoys developing people. You build relationships, earn trust, celebrate wins, and create an environment where instructors feel seen, supported, and inspired to improve.
- You're comfortable giving honest, constructive feedback, setting clear expectations, and having difficult conversations when necessary. You understand that great leadership requires both encouragement and accountability.
- You're highly organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator. You can balance the many moving pieces of a successful fitness department, from scheduling and instructor development to equipment maintenance, teacher training, member engagement, and business performance.
- You're also strategic. You pay attention to class utilization, instructor performance, membership trends, and opportunities for growth. You understand that exceptional class experiences and healthy business results go hand in hand.
- Most importantly, you understand that you help create the culture of the studio.
Your energy matters. Your leadership matters. Your classes matter. The way you support your instructors matters.
You are the hype. You set the standard. And you help the people around you rise to it.
Success can be felt in the energy of the studios - and seen in the health of the business.
