Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate with strong teamability who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a great experience into a lasting relationship.

This isn't just a front desk position—you’ll play a key role in growing our studio by welcoming first-time guests, converting them into members, driving retail sales, and working alongside a supportive team to create an experience that keeps our community coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Welcome guests, build strong relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
Drive Membership Sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand member fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.
Grow Retail Revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.
Support Studio Operations: Manage check-ins, class bookings, account updates, and accurate sales logs in our studio software.
Keep the Studio Inviting: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.
Build Our Community: Support studio events, promotional campaigns, referral programs, and local member engagement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong Teamability: Collaborative mindset and a passion for working seamlessly within a supportive team environment.
Sales & Service Experience: Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service with confidence in overcoming objections and closing sales.
Communication Skills: Outgoing, positive personality with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Passion for Wellness: A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.
Accountability & Initiative: Goal-oriented mindset with professional maturity, reliability, and strong self-drive.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Strong organizational skills with comfort navigating computers and studio booking software.
Schedule Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
