BODYBAR Pilates is redefining boutique fitness, delivering dynamic, results-driven Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method—now in studios nationwide. Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a high-energy, people-first Sales Associate to help grow our membership base and elevate the studio experience at every touchpoint. In this role, you'll drive sales, support our members, and bring the BODYBAR energy to life—working alongside a passionate, results-driven team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, reporting directly to the Studio Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the Sales Process — Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert interest into long-term memberships.
- Build Lasting Relationships — Provide proactive communication and personalized support that keeps members engaged and coming back.
- Deliver Results — Consistently meet daily goals across bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
- Represent the Brand — Serve as a BODYBAR ambassador at community events, helping expand our local presence.
- Set the Studio Tone — Create a welcoming atmosphere before and after class, turning everyday workouts into standout experiences.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A goal-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills—in person, by phone, and via email
- A genuine passion for fitness and wellness
- A professional, trustworthy, and dependable approach to work
- Comfort and proficiency with computers and studio management software
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Compensation: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
