About the Role:
Join BODYBAR Pilates - Midtown Miami as our Assistant Front Desk Manager, where you will be the first point of contact for our vibrant community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fitness and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the Front Desk Manager in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and promoting membership options.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class transitions.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Passion for fitness and knowledge of Pilates is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
