Become a Certified BODYBAR Pilates Instructor
Are you passionate about fitness, connection, and helping others feel their strongest? BODYBAR Pilates is looking for motivated individuals to join our Instructor Training Program and become certified BODYBAR Pilates Instructors. This is more than a job—it’s an investment in yourself and your future.
The Path to Becoming an Instructor
All new BODYBAR Instructors must complete our Instructor Training + Certification Program. This program equips you with everything you need to succeed:
- $1,500 tuition
- 250 hours of development, combining self-practice, observation, and practice teaching
- Weekly hour requirements with a mix of open gym time, scheduled workshops, and 1:1 coaching with our Fitness Manager
- A certification recognized across BODYBAR studios nationwide
Upcoming Training Dates
Module 1
- Friday, April 10 | 12–8 pm
- Saturday, April 11 | 12–8 pm
- Sunday, April 12 | 11–5 pm
Module 2
- Saturday, May 16 | 1–7 pm
- Sunday, May 17 | 1–7 pm
Registration Deadline: March 27th
Once certified, you’ll be eligible to teach at BODYBAR and unlock the full perks of being an instructor.

Experience in Pilates or group fitness is a plus, but not required

BODYBAR Pilates is a fitness boutique franchise that teaches pilates using the BODYBAR method in multiple locations across the United States. We focus on bringing a spirit of CHEER to all we do as well as to be the industry standard in the way we deliver our classes. We are always looking for dedicated and positive individuals who are passionate about health and wellness to join our team!
Qualifications
- A passion for health, fitness, and exercise
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of basic anatomy
- Prior Pilates/fitness experience preferred, but not required
- Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program, including passing each apparatus test-out
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
