The Opportunity: Professional Certification

This is a comprehensive 275-hour Instructor Training Program designed to turn fitness enthusiasts into elite educators. Our curriculum is broken down into intensive modules to ensure you master the mechanics, the cues, and the energy required to lead a packed room.

What You’ll Master:

The BODYBAR Method: Our signature high-intensity, low-impact movements.
Functional Anatomy: Expert alignment and cuing to keep every body safe.
The Art of the Experience: How to lead with positivity and build a loyal "BAR" community.

Upcoming Training Schedule

To provide the highest level of instruction, our training is divided into two intensive modules. Attendance at both is required for certification.

Module 1: The Foundation

Friday, March 6: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, March 7: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday, March 8: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Module 2: Advanced Mechanics & Flow

Saturday, April 11: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, April 12: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Investment & Growth

Tuition: $1,500
Flexible Payment Plans: We believe in investing in talent. Flexible payment options are available to help you spread the cost of tuition over the course of your training.
Experienced Teachers: Already have a Pilates certification? You may qualify for our Bridge Program. Please apply and we can discuss scholarship options for experienced instructors!
Career Growth: While completion of training does not guarantee employment at a specific studio, it makes you an elite candidate for the BODYBAR network and provides a professional skill set recognized across our franchise.
