Role Overview:
The Partnership Marketing Associate will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Example of partnerships include co-branded events, corporate partnerships, micro-influencer collaboration.

The Partnership Marketing Associate will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Example of partnerships include co-branded events, corporate partnerships, micro-influencer collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Assist in outreach efforts to potential partners, influencers, and organizations.
- Support the execution of partnership campaigns, co-branded events, and promotional activities.
- Track partnership deliverables and ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the management team to create partnership-related content (emails, social, collateral, etc.).
- Maintain records of partner communications, agreements, and campaign performance.
- Provide reporting and analysis of partnership outcomes to measure success and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in an independent contractor role.
- Must have own computer and able to work remotely.
- Must live in the Huntington Beach area or surrounding cities.
Contract Details:
- Independent Contractor Position (1099).
- Flexible, remote work arrangement with occasional meetings/calls.
- .Part-time
- Compensation: Per partnership flat-fee commission.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $200.00 - $300.00 per week
