Sales Associate – BODYBAR Pilates Vinings

Are you passionate about fitness and community? BODYBAR Pilates, a boutique Reformer Pilates studio, is looking for enthusiastic and personable Sales Associates to join our team! Hiring for both early AM shifts (start at 5:30am) plus evening shifts.

About the Role:
As a Sales Associate at BODYBAR Pilates, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll help create a welcoming environment, build meaningful relationships, and drive membership and retail sales. If you're a people person who thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented space, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner
Provide tours of the studio and educate potential members about our offerings
Drive membership and retail sales through consultative selling
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
Support community-building events and initiatives
Collaborate with instructors and team members to create an exceptional client experience

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, outgoing personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (fitness industry a bonus!)
