The Role:

The Studio Manager leads all aspects of studio operations with a focus on sales performance, team leadership, and member experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable leading a team as they are chatting with members post-class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBAR’s proven membership sales system
  • Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies
  • Self-generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing front desk team
  • Maintain the studio’s vibe: clean, organized, on-brand, and full of good energy
  • Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies
  • Cultivate community in and out of class—be the face of BODYBAR in your city
  • Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover? Even better!)
  • Confident communicator—in-person, phone, email, or DMs
  • Super organized and deadline-driven
  • High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player
  • Comfortable with client management software and tech tools

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
