Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 + Commission & Benefits

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across four boutique fitness studios with the potential for more locations in the future. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, training staff on sales techniques, implementing grassroots marketing initiatives, planning revenue-generating events, and optimizing social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong sales background and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Staff Training:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth, retail sales, and assist with client retention.
• Train and mentor studio staff on effective sales techniques, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve conversion rates with the Director of Growth & Operations.
Grassroots Marketing & Community Engagement:
• Execute guerrilla marketing tactics, such as outreach events, local partnerships, and promotional campaigns etc.
• Help identify and build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to increase brand visibility.
• Distribute promotional materials and drive community awareness of studio offerings.
Event Planning & Revenue Growth Initiatives:
• Help plan and oversee revenue-generating events.
• Collaborate with Director of Growth & Operations to create targeted sales campaigns that drive attendance and engagement.
• Track event success and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation:
• Work with each studio to develop and execute social media strategies that attract new clients and boost engagement.
• Create and oversee content that promotes special offers, events, and testimonials to drive conversions.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance, adjusting tactics as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing leadership role.
• Proven ability to train and motivate teams to exceed sales targets.
• Experience with grassroots marketing, lead generation, and local networking.
• Strong social media marketing skills, including content creation and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for boutique fitness and an understanding of the industry’s sales dynamics.
